SpeechBubble™ get all  Razzle Dazzle on Zazzle

During the month of June we uploaded around 50 of our most popular illustrations to Zazzle for  our DIY poster making service and the response from clients and even the public was fantastic. This response did not go unnoticed by Zazzle and we are proud to announce that we won the Showcase Award for June.

A HUGE thanks to everyone that bought our posters since their launch,  and for giving us such positive feedback, as they say at the Oscars …this award is yours as much as it is ours.

These are the first among what will be a rapidly expanding range of engaging, dynamic and effective safety posters...which you can view now at our Zazzle Online Shop.

Aylesford Drivers Get The Message

We thought we’d share a little about a new custom project we’re chuffed about.

Aylesford Newsprint are a newsprint manufacturing company from Aylesford Kent who have nearly 400 people working for them on a really big site…60 acres no less!

They’re about as green as you can get, making their products  from 100% recycled materials. As such they take their social responsibility super seriously, and make sure they get this message across to everybody…their employees, the community and beyond.

So…Aylesford had a problem and they came to SpeechBubble™ for help.

They had many vehicle drivers visiting their plant from other countries, whose poor English language skills were causing big problems in communicating with them.  What they needed were safety briefings in their own languages in order to understand the safety implications when on Aylesford’s site.

Elizabeth Shaw-Rawlings, a very nice lady who is Aylesford’s safety manager, asked SpeechBubble™, to produce a special multilanguage safety briefing using the SpeechBubble™  ‘Flick to a Flag’ system with  a clever touch screen solution at the entrance to their site. Now overseas drivers just look for their flag press the screen and go through the briefing entirely in their own language…problem sorted.

We asked Elizabeth what she thought of the new system and she said to us  “We are all totally delighted with our induction for drivers”. And we believe her. SpeechBubble™ are now discussing a number of other projects with Elizabeth and Aylesford and of course we’ll keep you posted. Incidentally…if any of you think such a touch screen briefing system would be of benefit to you why not give us a call.

We’ve even included a link to a demo of the briefing content….cos we’re nice like that!
