The WISH forum is a committee formed of representatives from the Waste Management and Recycling industry. Representatives who sit on this working group include HSE; Environmental Services Association; Chartered Institute or Waste Management, Trade Unions and Local Authority Recycling Advisory Committee.

It exists as a forum to exchange information, discuss and resolve prevailing health and safety problems existing within the industry. As part of its plan of work, it undertakes to provide practical, 'best practice' guidance and accessible information on waste management and recycling industry health and safety concerns.
