Ken has worked in the Paper Industry for over 30 years, predominantly for Arjowiggins at their Butler’s Court research centre.  He worked for many years as a process improvement specialist and latterly as Engineering Manager there.  Subsequently he was part of a spin-off technical services company, becoming Director of Paper Metrics Limited in 2017.
