Emma Punchard Director of Communications Emma was employed by the Paper Federation in 1988 as Manager of the Pulp and Paper Information Centre. When CPI was formed in 2000, she was appointed Head of Communications. As well as overseeing the internal and external communications for CPI, she is also responsible for the CPI and the PaperWorks websites. Prior to that, Emma worked for Shearwater Public Relations on accounts for the Pizza and Pasta Association and the British Sandwich Association.
